Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Not be damaged or altered
• Include all original packaging and documentation
• Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Custom Commissions

Custom or commissioned pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please review all specifications carefully before confirming your order.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us via email or phone to notify us of your intent to return
2. We will provide return instructions and shipping address
3. Package the item securely with original packaging if available
4. Ship the item back to us
5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
